Expert witness for East Midlands School for Social Entrepreneurs in Kirkby in Ashfield
Third Sector Media were proud to be asked to speak at EMSSE’s new course. The new entrepreneurs were keen to discuss maximising their marketing reach for minimal outlay. Many were surprised at the work that needs to be undertaken to promote a message which made the question and answer session quite lively.
The top tips for low budget/no budget message communication is to use freely available platforms and channels that are already in existence. Use Word Press, Blogger, Flickr, You Tube, Facebook, snippets submitted to existing news bulletins, relevant reciprocal links online and of course the ubiquitous email (and email footer)
We would like to wish all of the new social entrepreneurs in Kirby in Ashfield the very best of luck in their forthcoming endeavours.

The session that Alan Carter-Davies delivered was excellent. Nice and relaxed but full of useful tips and simple cost-effective ideas for marketing a social enterprise on a budget. Expert witness sessions like these, plus the interaction when you get a room full of budding social entrepreneurs, is really making this EMSSE course do the business for me!.
